The 14-Day Self-Ruqyah Plan

A structured daily plan for treating yourself at home using Qur’an and Sunnah. Symptom-based recitation, practical effort, daily tracking, and a clear review at the end of your first cycle. Free. Puts everything from the method on the site into one document you can open each morning and follow.

What you are getting

This is a complete 14-day treatment cycle you can begin today. It is built on the same method taught across this site, distilled into a single plan you can follow daily without needing to read anything else first.
The plan gives you a clear structure for every day of your first cycle: how to build your symptom list, how to run a recitation session with specific intention for each symptom, how to use ruqyah water and oil, what practical effort to take alongside the recitation, how to track your symptoms daily, and how to evaluate your progress at day fourteen.
It includes a full version for your good days and a floor version for the days when you have nothing left. The floor keeps you in treatment on your worst day, so one difficult night does not become a missed week.
This is the same method used in our personalised treatment plans. The difference is that a personalised plan is built around your specific case, with intentions written for your exact symptoms and a structure calibrated to your situation. This plan gives you the method and the structure. You fill in the specifics yourself.

What is inside

How to build your symptom list

The foundation of the entire method. You identify the specific problems that brought you to treatment, write them in precise language, and learn how to break blockages into three layers so nothing is left untreated.

The daily session structure

A step-by-step session you can complete in fifteen to twenty minutes. Opening, symptom-based recitation with Ayatul Kursi, specific intention for each symptom, and closing. Includes how to blow on water and oil during the session.

Using ruqyah water and oil

How to prepare, drink, wash with, and spritz recited water. How to apply oil to the areas where symptoms are concentrated. When to use each one and how often.

Practical effort for every symptom

For every symptom you recite for, there is a real-world action that matches it. The plan explains how to identify the right effort for each symptom and how to take one step per day in the area of your life that is stuck.

The floor routine

A short version of the session designed for your worst day. Ten to fifteen minutes, covers the essentials, keeps the chain unbroken. A bad day does not become a missed day.

Daily tracker and 14-day review

A simple daily tracker so you can see what is actually changing instead of guessing. At the end of fourteen days, a structured review tells you whether to continue, adjust, or seek more support.

When it hits

Short protocols for the moments treatment is most likely to break: when you are too exhausted, when you miss a day, when symptoms spike, when you cannot build the list, and when you feel like it is not working. Written short on purpose, because you will not read a long thing in those moments.

Also included

Printable 14-day tracker (PDF)

A clean, one-page-per-cycle tracker you can print and keep next to your bed or prayer mat. Rate your symptoms daily, record your session type, note triggers and practical effort. This is the same tracker used inside the plan, formatted separately so you can reprint it for every new cycle.

Excel symptom tracking spreadsheet

A ready-made spreadsheet you can use on your phone or computer. Log your symptoms daily, and the sheet tracks your progress across the full cycle. If you prefer digital tracking over pen and paper, this is built for you. It also gives you clear data to share if you ever seek a diagnostic assessment or personalised plan.

A note on what this plan is and is not

This plan gives you the method and the structure. It is the same approach used across all of our work. Most people can begin effective self-treatment with this plan alone, and many will see measurable movement within the first few days of consistent practice.

What it does not do is assess your specific case. It does not tell you whether your symptoms are more consistent with sihr, evil eye, or jinn-related harm. It does not identify which of your symptoms are central and which are secondary.

It does not build a priority order tailored to your situation or write specific recitation intentions matched to your exact problems. That is what the diagnostic assessment and personalised plan options are for.

If you are unsure, start here. If you complete a full cycle with genuine consistency and nothing has moved, that is usually the stage where having your case looked at properly makes the biggest difference.

Start your first cycle

The plan, the printable tracker, and the Excel spreadsheet are all free. Enter your email and we will send everything to you immediately.

If you want more than the plan

If you want someone experienced to assess whether you are affected and explain what your symptoms suggest, the diagnostic assessment gives you a written review of your case. You follow the method on this site with clarity on what you are dealing with.

If you want your case fully assessed and a structured daily plan built specifically around your symptoms, with specific intentions, practical effort steps, and written feedback after your first cycle, the personalised 14-day plan is built for that.
Both options are available on the Work With Me page.
