The form is the quickest route to getting your assessment. Call bookings depend on availability and may take a few days to schedule.
Either way, you will receive a written assessment by email within 24 to 72 hours explaining whether you are affected or not, and if so, what type. From there, we will direct you on the right next steps according to your situation.

Can I fill this in for someone else? Yes. You can complete the form on behalf of a child, a spouse, or a family member. If there are details you are unsure about, note that in the form and we will work with what you can provide.
Are your online payments secure? Payments are processed through Payfast, a trusted South African payment provider. Payfast handles the secure payment process, so your card details are not stored on our website.
What payment methods are available? Payfast supports multiple payment methods, including credit and debit cards, Instant EFT, QR code payments, mobile wallets, and other supported options depending on your country and checkout method.
I am paying from outside South Africa. How does the currency work? All payments are processed securely through PayFast, a trusted South African payment gateway. Your bank will convert the amount from South African Rand (ZAR) to your local currency automatically.
What is the refund policy? If your review did not address your situation or provide meaningful direction, let us know within 7 days and we will refund you in full.
